Glory Games: Worlds

TLDR Read: Summary

Glory Games is a play-to-earn project aimed at bringing game-fi to the masses. A metaverse that connects communities through offline AR treasure hunt and online on-chain competitive play.

The team behind the project are fully doxxed, long-time gamers, with each individual averaging over 16 years each in game development, 3D animation/ Augmented Reality development, performance marketing full-stack development and have been specialists in their domain with entrepreneurial experiences.

While many go for quick rewards, our aim is in developing game titles that can enrich gamers' lives collectively and individually.

Our aspiration is to be a platform for communities to chill and hangout online and offline, compete and have fun, whilst empowering players to make an income playing something that is enjoyable and wealthier players to have the option to play and invest - meeting the needs of many through a well-executed Glory Lands metaverse.

Since 2013, we have been developing our own native game engine for projects... Enter the era of blockchain gaming, we believe that our purpose is in improving the quality of gamefi through our edge in platform development, game design and marketing experiences collectively.

The era of gamefi that empowers players and investors like a well-balanced equation, has arrived. Yet, we are early.

"Forge Communities in-real-life and in-game"

An amalgamation of PokemonGo, Final Fantasy 8 and Sword Art Online, our vision for Glory Lands metaverse is a mixed reality hangout for communities in-real-life and online.

Our Mission: Gamefi for the Masses

Below are the industry challenges and our solutions/ key unique propositions we deliver on to bring gamefi to the masses

Our Key Advantages for Gamefi

Problem #1: High Cost Entry Barriers

Solution: Free to Play with Paid Options, Game > P2E

With our Augmented Reality treasure hunt feature, players are able to hunt for pets and bond in communities while doing so, the find can be brought in-game as playable NFTs.

There will also be options to purchase NFTs of exclusive rarities and breeds. But ultimately that is a choice and the game is accessible and not hidden behind a pay-wall of thousands of dollars before playing.

In doing so, we hope to penetrate the masses by first making blockchain gaming accessible and perhaps viral.

Problem #2: Repetitive Grinding/ Steep Learning Curve

Solution: Experiential Gameplay Across Online and Offline, Stimulating but Easy to Pickup

Our native game engine has these key experiential features in-game:

  • Augmented Reality on mobile app for treasure hunts

  • Virtual Reality Oculus compatible format for battle arena viewing experience

Gameplay features designed to solve repetitive in-game time grinding

  • Auto-quest function

  • Final Fantasy 8 Junction system whereby pets can be equipped for bonus skills and stats

  • Turn-based, stimulating play but easy for your girlfriend to play too

Problem #3: Cloned Repetitive Games, Hence Short Interest

Solution: Multi-Layers Play 2 Earn - PVP, PVE, Guild Wars

  • PVE with game theory elements in which collective actions decide outcomes. This is in line with factions based prisoners' dilemma if players choose to collaborate, defect or do nothing.

  • PVP Arena with competitve element for players who choose to play for high stakes rewards in leagues

  • Guild Wars - guilds invade and defend against others of similar tiers. These affects the rewards rates that guilds earn (or lose) over the stated period.

Problem #4: One Size Fits All Game

Solution: Focus on Hyperlocal Communities

By focusing on the AR treasure hunt experience, we become a platform for meaningful, relevant local community experiences - which facilitate gaming and friendships altogether.

Early community gets to vote for markets and landmarks of relevance. Which makes the entire player-game development feedback loop meaningful, enhancing the overall game utility for real people.

Problem #5: No Ready Game

Solution: Rapid Development with Our Native Game Engine

We have been developing our native game engine akin to Unreal since 2013 and have published white-labeled gaming products. This gives us the edge in rapid go-to-market and launch.
